Language tags for chatrooms #750

I think this would be a useful addition to dogehouse, if you could set a language for your chatroom. It should be displayed in the room card on the front page, so you know what the preferred language is before you enter it.

Would be great addition. May be add a chip to represent all the tags.

No sorry, since I could have done the frontend but a lot of other work has come up. I am currently fixing bugs for Baklav. I am very sorry for delaying the work.

I could work on it now. Just did massive work yesterday. You could do the backend and guide me how to implement the frontend (Connecting the frontend with the backend).
