Vivaldi browser and rbtray #96

Hello! Thank you for reviving this great tool! Unf. it is not working with Vivaldi browser. :/ Could someone check if fix is possible? (Only with keyboard it create tray icon byt app is not minimized anyway.)

Fresh install of Vivaldi works for me with the keyboard shortcut and shift + right clicking on the title bar. The only thing that doesn't work is right clicking the minimize button but that's because Vivaldi has a custom element. Is there a Vivaldi plugin or something interfering on your end?
