Added keygen command. Refactored create_keypair and keypair_exists? into the OpenSSL class. Have tests for case where keypair files already exist, but can't get Aruba to recognize output. If you don't want to accept this change until those tests are running that's fine; just let me know. If you know the secret to get Aruba to actually recognize stdout please let me know that as well.
