Simple README #9

Take the opinionated changes of the other issues entered this morning, and create a super streamlined, dirt simple README.

Move the options into a wiki page.

README could be as simple as:

1. gem 'idkfa' 2. bundle 3. rails generate idkfa:install 4. add keys to #{DEFAULT_CREDENTIALS_PATH} 5. rake idkfa:examples
