Add OpenMSL to "Data Structures & Models" #4

The ENVITED Open Source Model & Simulation Library (OpenMSL) is a library of various models and other simulation entities for automotive testing. Everything on OpenMSL conforms to the OpenX standards. It is divided into multiple sub-libraries. The first sub-library for sensor models is online now and others will be started in the near future.

So I think, OpenMSL should be named in Data Structures & Models here. Would you agree @jdsika?

Yes, of course! Should we add them as an aggregated entry or as a list of the individual sub-libraries?

If you already have something in mind, feel free to create a PR. Maybe it also makes sense to adjust the groups.

I think for now, you can just add OpenMSL as a whole. When more sub-libraries are founded, they can probably be separated in the future. I would suggest to add the following:

OpenMSL - The Open Source Model & Simulation Library is a central hub demonstrating the interaction between models, standards and tools.

Thanks for the suggestion! You primarily use the MPL 2.0 license, right? I have also attached it.

Thank you for adding OpenMSL! Yes, right now, everything is under MPL-2.0.
