Add libraries from district Mettmann #14

To add the libraries from district Mettmann (Mettmann, Velbert, Hilden, Langenfeld, ... ) it needs an additional match string in vufind templates

Great

I should have added all NRW libraries since I was living in NRW. But since I was living there, I tried to talk with them first and could not get a positive answer anywhere. So I moved away from NRW and stopped adding them there
