Port sidebar bot to lemmy #8

Confirmed lemmy sidebar max_length is 10k

In discovery mode currently.

It looks like reddit has a concept of sidebar "widgets" that can be edited independently of one another. Lemmy doesn't have any sort of concept, there is only a "description" field, which represents the sidebar text.
