[x] Changes have been tested on TYPO3 v12.4 LTS
[x] Changes have been tested on PHP 8.1

Description

Adjust typoscript constants for social media links so that the label are editable in the backend

Steps to Validate

Go to TypoScript module in backend and switch to Constant Editor
Select category "bootstrap package: social media"
Edit a label (for which a url is given)
Go to frontend and check that the changed label is displayed on mouseover
