Music to play on website-load

the website already has a visually cinematic look, so I want to help create a mood

Some Requirements:

• if using paid music (downloaded from uppbeat.io with my subscription), the music file needs to be hidden from the public but accessible by my website (to prevent ppl from downloading it)
• sound is muted when user isn't on my tab
• should give the user a way to mute the sound and/or opt-in to it

[Example] Netflix's "Dark" website uses a tiny audio-bar animation (bottom right). Clicking it stops the music (and the animation)

Tech Questions

• Where do I store the music files? (i.e. github static hosting, S3, nowhere - get it from an existing API)
• Should I hide the music files from the public? (i.e. if the music isn't free)
• If building a backend to store music, should I stream it or send the entire file as a blob?
