Positive control contamination #123

Hi, I am curious if Decontamcan remove contamination from control positives that exhibit high levels of unexpected taxa, or if there are alternative methods for identifying and removing contamination, based on control positives?

The decontam package does not implement any method specifically for using positive control samples to identify contaminants.
