new command: help #247

As first requested in issue#13 and partly repeated in issue#245 a command 
"/help" is needed to list available commands.

The attached patch defines the /help command. Please try it and comment.

Properly tested on Ubuntu 11.04 64 bit.

tested on Ubuntu 10.10 amd64. works fine.

Just one thing. Can the help text be in bold-grey text, as the others pidgin 
helps?
