Linux: add directory structure for AppImage icon to work, fix displayed app name for en_US locale #188

Currently, the app icon is not displayed on Linux and name is lowercase:

This fixes the issue. I did not rebuild the whole thing so this is an educated blind shot, but it should work and the same fix worked for BlinderKitten :)
