Cleanup BROWSER_WEBKIT and BROWSER_SAFARI defines #447

In the new Safari port we use the BROWSER_WEBKIT symbol to mark blocks of
code which are Safari-only.

The old Safari port uses the BROWSER_SAFARI symbol.

We need to clean this up and change the code to key off a single symbol.
