Thanks very much for this, great to see! By the way, I recommend that in future papers you mention and cite R and the pkgs that are central to your analysis. And tell the reader where they can find your code and data. When I first read your paper I had no way to know what software tools you used for the analysis, or if R was used, or what. It was not until I unpacked the Electronic Supplementary Material that I became aware of those things. It's helpful to give readers those details in the main methods section of the text, and it helps the pkg authors to give them citations in the main text also. Thanks again!
