Do you have any notes to setup the tool on apache ?

I can get the pages setup but the output of the waterfall is blank

If you use apache as the webserver instead of Google AppEnige, then you will 
have to replicate or refactor logic that stores the data. The waterfall view is 
just simple request back to the server for the converted HAR file.
