Make the bookmark file easy to update, download, and install. Have proper documentation for user to install easily.

What do you think about the ability to download a bookmark file is it practical?

After thinking it over, I don't think we need this. I think we can just encourage people to bookmark the repo page or something.

I'll remove the bookmark file.
