Only support the ICE Lite part of the spec not full 
http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5245#section-2.7

This is needed for the WebRTC support

ICE is a form of peer-to-peer NAT traversal that works as an extension to SIP.
ICE is related to controlling ( SIP severs )
