[GAT-BEI003-18] [Order]Error has occured is displayed when trying to make a purchase while the cart is empty

Bug Description

ACTUAL RESULTS:- Can finalize an empty bento by tapping the upper right option but when "Lets eat" is tapped, error occured and app will refresh.

EXPECTED RESULTS:- Error message saying that cart is empty should be displayed.

Reproduction Steps

Launch the app.
Log in Credentials.
Go and Build a bento, tap finalize, then tap back.
Tap "Today's Lunch" and choose "Schedule a delivery" tap done to reset the cart.
Now tap again "Today's lunch or Schedule a delivery" option, then tap "Cancel".
Notice that the cart is now available, tap it.
On the cart menu, tap "Lets eat!", and an error will occur app will refresh.

The app should prevent even getting to the summary screen on an empty cart, and the cart icon, I believe, should be gray. This was prior functionality that seems to have regressed.

This was fixed along with a few other reported bugs that had to do with the cart button logic.
