World change messages #47

Every time you change a world, it always sends a message no matter who the player is. Can you add or is there an option to not send the messages? I searched the config file there's nothing. Thank you.

Edit localization.yml and set the message to hide to '' (two single quotes)

I probably should just turn that feature off by default honestly, given how often this question pops up
