Slight update to grammar and capitalisation #464

The following changes have been made:

Standardized the capitalization of "TrainCarts"
Corrected the capitalization of "Ferris wheel"
Fixed one instance of a missing apostrophe in "I'm"
Fixed a small handful of singular vs plural nouns/verbs
Added a small handful of missing prepositions
