Banned for 'alt abuse,' i don't have an alt. #152

As the title states, i was banned for anlt abuse outright even though i sent a ticket in with no warning for my end. I genuinely don't know what i could've done wrong to incur this. The most I had ever done remotely similar is have a friend, who also got banned for the issue an hour after mine, despite also having put in a ticket after getting a warning.
