Issue/55 - Query: Add support for query handlers.

This commit is a first-pass effort at variablizing all of the Query classes into a unified interface.

• Break apart parse_where() into multiple methods
• These new methods return an array of where & join clauses
• Those clauses get merged together to maintain backwards compatibility
