Adding initial configuration steps when deploying solution on Raspbian Jessie

Does anybody know why the installation of mysql is mandatory to start smart-video-counter.py?

The requirement for SQL is originating in the initial hackathon when the code was created. As part of hackathon rules, data had to be pushed to a MySQL server. Many thanks for the PR :-)
