Update environment support #74

Some of these environments are so old, I don't think anyone uses them.

Indeed. This was more of an experiment to see how far I could take "compatible with nearly every JavaScript platform." :smile_cat: If it works in Netscape 6, there's a good chance it'll work anywhere. That said, it's goofy to claim support for—and test in—a 15-year-old browser (ahem looking at you, too, IE 6).

Great catch on Chrome; major oversight on my part for omitting it. We can probably bump the Firefox and Opera versions, too...it'll technically run on Firefox 1.x (and Chrome 1.x, for that matter); we just won't officially test on it.
