When rendering an AP it would be good to count (or list) the number of ADRs that apply it, via the applies_ap property in the frontmatter.
It could be done the other way around, but it feels cleaner to keep the AP asciidoc as immutable, which means having the reference defined on the ADR side, and the counting/listing happening during rendering.
