This is a feature request, not a bug.
DIC seems to generate themes from a single colour (by default) - so you choose
a colour from the combo and it generates a theme from it. This colour
generation works well!
The problem is there are /so many/ colours and so many are similar, so from a
UI point of view, where all you want to do is apply a pleasing theme, it's
confusing. You can't remember which colour you liked.
What I'd suggest is changing the UI to have a combo with a few (three to five)
presets for visually really nice themes - I'd say one dark, one based on
AntiqueWhite, one pale green like VS2003, one blue like Office2003. Then have
a Custom... item, and when you choose that one you can select from the large
range of colours.

In addition, could you change the theme it first uses when installed? It's
visually very jarring (bright strong green) and my initial reaction was to turn
it off - as in turn off the plugin. If you change it to a subtle theme, with
gentle colours, people may like their initial experience more.
