DIC - Tool Tip font colour same as Tool Tip background

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select "DimGray" theme. 
2. Run an application and hit a breakpoint
3. Use "Tooltip expression evaluation" to check out... something

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Would like to see the tool tip font but instead all I see (more or less) is 
white text on cream(?) background.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Delphi XE, Windows 7 64bit, DIC v 0.1.61.0

Please provide any additional information below.

Could it be possible to separate the font colour ("FontColor" setting) for tool 
tips and other use of "FontColor", or is it solely controlled by Windows OS to 
where it used?

or

Could there be a setting for the background color for the tool tip background, 
or is it solely controlled by Windows OS?
