DIC - Delphi hangs after selecting StandardColorMap Theme #55

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Delphi -> Tools -> Delphi IDE Colorizer
2. Select Theme StandardColorMap and click Apply Changes, confirm Yes
3. Delphi hangs
4. After this, Delphi is not able to start anymore - it hangs during start
5. After deleting the DIC Settings.ini file, Delphi is able to start again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

 Expecting Standard Colors set, got Delphi hang.

Which Delphi Version are you using?

  Delphi XE3 Version 17.0.4770.56661
(Delphi XE4 is hanging too)

Which DIC Version are you using?

  DIC 0.2.9.5
