[UI] Library for REST interfaction #3

The idea is to create a JS layer for interaction with the REST services exposed by the JavaEE backend.

it is already done ;) there is util :) and the admin interface will be that.. :)

If you speak about domain driven admin panel yes it will be this way, but lets discuss it in https://github.com/bgjug/website/issues/5
