[x] opaque color selected by default
[x] when using hand tool, single click will switch to edit shape tool if a shape is under the cursor
[x] colorpicker on empty layer will not change color
[x] when using drawing pen with transparent color, show message to warn about it
[ ] add welcome screen to propose "new" and "open" actions
[ ] when creating new image, add a checkbox to create background as a separate layer, checked by default
