PC is unable to access Android files.

SwiFTP is unmaintained! Your bug report will be ignored! File it anyway if
you want.

What steps will reproduce the problem? Please include as much detail as
possible.
1.I have installed the android Swiftp app on my cell
2.I have followed the correct setup procedure on my network and pc
3.when i go to open the files that exist on my android on my computer my 
computer says that is unable to access the files

What operating system are you using?

Which FTP client are you using?

Which Android device and version do you have (Nexus, Droid, Hero, G1,
etc.)?

-Operating system is windows 7 and android 2.3.5
-The phone is the samsung galaxy s2 skyrocket
-email is ttrevorbacon@hotmail.com
-extra details are that when i try to access the file the computer simply sits 
idle and puts up the spinning wheel cursor that signals it is processing and 
then a dialoge pops up that says "Windows cannot access this folder. Make sure 
you typed the file name correctly and that you have permission to access the 
folder. Details: A connection with the server could not be established."
