Hi Peter, when I was working on Apollos Old Testament Commentary: 1 & 2 Kings (9781535992282), I ran into this issue when trying to run Percival:
I figured out that the issue was coming from the Introduction and specifically from the unordered list on pages 42 and 43. When I removed the <ul> tags and changed the list items to paragraphs, Percival ran fine and I changed it back after I was finished tagging scripture.
There were plenty of other lists throughout the book that Percival didn't mind, so I'm not sure if it was just a mishap on my part or what, but I wanted to let you know about it in case there's anything to it.
