feat: writing markdown tutorial

Some kind of Markdown overview OR how to get Markdown out of Google docs if that works

Contributing Page outlines how to add a new page and view it, need to add content for writing markdown.

Perhaps write the tutorial in somewhere in the Software Development tab and reference to there in the contribution section?

Some things I had to figure out when I was creating a page:

• How to use the !!! note and !!! warning boxes
• Linking to a heading in the page
• How to set up images (alignment, size changing, inline vs. new line)
• What the mkdocs.yml does
