Write a jupyter notebook in the style of Aerts' [insert link here]()

Should contain:

[ ] TCIA data download
[ ] med-imagetools run
[ ] READII negative control creation
[ ] READII pyradiomics feature extraction
[ ] FMCIB feature extraction

Output should look similar to readii-orcestra, but not including the MAE
