The highlighted track doesn't move on when the player moves on to the next
track.

I guess it's up for discussion if you should have both a highlighted state and a
selected state.

If I'm only listening to music, I want the program to scroll the playlist 
inline with
the track is playing.

If I'm scrolling around the playlist looking for a track and during that time 
the
playlist move to another track, I don't want the playlist to scroll to the 
currently
selected track causing the user to start again.

Hope that makes sense, I can clarify if required.
