[ ] add download and extraction of https://www.doc.ic.ac.uk/~ecr05/MSM_HOCR_v1/MSM_HOCR_v1-download.tgz
[ ] update PATH to point to the Ubuntu MSM binaries
[ ] add an command line option to chose between FS and MSMSulc coregistration (use "MSMSulc" by default)
[ ] pass the aformentioned option here: https://github.com/BIDS-Apps/HCPPipelines/blob/master/run.py#L109 and here https://github.com/BIDS-Apps/HCPPipelines/blob/master/run.py#L151

unfortunately this still isn't fully supported - my runs are also missing ...HIGHRES_transformed.surf.gii

I'll test this with v3.26.1 and if things look good, update the dockerfile
