Hi,

is it possible to remove the --printcom= flag from the PostFreeSurferPipeline.sh command (as done here: https://github.com/Washington-University/HCPpipelines/issues/100#issuecomment-476753029)? Otherwise, it stops and gives the following error:

PostFreeSurferPipeline.sh: ERROR: unrecognized option: '--printcom'
