Closes issue #25

Works on my machine:

(venv) execution-spec % mkdocs serve
ERROR   -  Config value 'theme': The path set in custom_dir ('/Users/galassiae/Projects/execution-spec/docs/overrides') does not exist.

Aborted with a configuration error!
