add yaml files for external service and namespace and modify README #151

Hi, for easy manangement by introducing a dedicated namespace spark-cluster and expose the spark web ui, two .yaml files were created. With the k8s-spark-cluster.yaml file, all yaml files for k8s were moved into the new directory k8s. Also the README.md was modified due to the update. @GezimSejdiu please review BR WI-KIWI
