`List` and `Sections` icons look similar #288

I'm addressing a confusion regarding two similar icons for an issue I'm working on. I discovered that, currently the Sections icon is only used in NeetoSite. Could there be a specific reason behind keeping both icons?

There is no reason to keep both icons.

@soorajbhaskaran _a: Let's remove it from NeetoSite and make a followup PR to remove it from NeetoIcons.
