What does this PR do:

It makes it possible to run any format of camera set available from the RAP PR #15119. Reminder: this feature should wait until the mp4 format of recording is released, as discussed in the previously mentioned PR.

Some points for you to consider:

• at the playback, the media is tested on the loading stage to be consider a valid recording. You are passing through that verification while including the media switch at UI level. In short, if the URL says anything besides "all", "" or null and the media does not exists at the server it will break the playback:
  • validate the query value at params.js inside your getter to avoid propagating invalid stuff
  • at some utils file or something, add a getter for the media path to be used so everything that consults for the media to be aware of this file so you ca use for both the UI and the loading validators
• try following the already established patterns for query strings, I'd recommend using only w= and including all details at the readme file alongside the other query options.
