Many thanks for this PR.

But, I highly recommend to not run as root stuff in general. Also users are not using pi and prefer to use another one by purpose (running kodi as kodi user, etc...). So I'm closing this PR because it does not fit everyone config and I cannot impose this. Thanks anyway ;-)

I will let open issue #1 to work on a setting that will permit to run as another user the steamlink... let me think about it :-)
