Steps to reproduce behavior

npm install audited 2075 packages in 8.961s

104 packages are looking for funding run npm fund for details

found 116 vulnerabilities (13 low, 49 moderate, 40 high, 14 critical) run npm audit fix to fix them, or npm audit for details diegosinning@C02F201WMD6Q live % stencil start

not ok -- Error: Could not fetch a list of the store channels: Request failed with status code 403

Environment

Stencil-cli version stencil --version: 3.10.1

Node version node -v:12.22.10

NPM version npm -v:npm@6.14.16

OS:macOSMonterey 12.3.1

I'm having the exact same problem with Stencil-cli version 4.0.0. Node version is v12.22.12. Please have a look at this

Jonas, I looked into it and the solution is to generate a new API keys for the store; that solved the problem for me
