./tungsten-replicator/conf/replication-svc-wrapper.conf should be removed #643

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. remove ./tungsten-replicator/conf/replication-svc-wrapper.conf from the 
staging directory
2. install the replicator
3. test replication 

What is the expected output?

replication should fail.

What do you see instead?

Replication works just fine

What is the possible cause?

./tungsten-replicator/conf/replication-svc-wrapper.conf is useless

What is the proposed solution?

remove ./tungsten-replicator/conf/replication-svc-wrapper.conf from the codebase
