medal, msh_wsd, nlm_wsd: NED entails NER #698

medal, msh_wsd, nlm_wsd have NED and no NER, but NED entails NER.

I looked through medal, nlm_wsd and msh_wsd. It looks like they have all the information, but are only missing the tasks in the SUPPORTED_TASKS variable
