Fix some typos:

Z_STEPPER_ALIGNEMENT => Z_STEPPERS_ALIGNMENT
fillament => filament

Benefits

Z_STEPPERS_ALIGNMENT define will now also match what is listed in config.ini: https://github.com/bigtreetech/BIGTREETECH-TouchScreenFirmware/blob/08119fde9b7267c5788725adfb10adb9ef49bcc3/TFT/src/User/config.ini#L693
Filament will be spelled correctly.
