Add support for PCTG filament in AMS settings #167

PCTG Filament is not selectable in the AMS/Filament settings screen.

When Filament is configured as PCTG on the printer, filament loading and unloading is not available from the touch screen as the Panda Touch doesn't recognise it as a valid filament type.

Please add PCTG as a selectable filament type.

This bug was fixed in FW version V1.0.6
