Improve multi-cell selection in samplesheets

The version currently implemented works OK enough but should be considered "experimental".

Issues/Tasks

[ ] Deselect cells past horizontal coordinate X when making current selection smaller, while maintaining selection for vertical scrolling
[ ] Somehow enable horizontal scrolling when dragging a selection
[x] Show toast notification once data is copied (pending the solving of bootstrap-vue issues, see #489)
[ ] Add context menu and enable copying through it
[ ] TBD: Other key combinations than ctrl-c for copying?
[x] Proper fix for that weird ~50px vertical offset bug
[ ] Figure out a nice way to omit the column hidden under the sticky source name col
