Add basic join and leave call buttons (seperate). Add checks to not let the user join if in the call or leave if not in a call.

UI with no functionality exists for the buttons, need to allow the user to join a call with the join button and leave with the leave button

Buttons now allow the user to join and leave the call, no audio is transmitted yet but will be worked on in #21.
