So how this would work is while you are developing a game random events can happen which can influence it in a variety of ways. Here is an example
"One of your developers thought of a suggestion on how to improve your game, it will take extra time but it should help"
Choice A - "Let's do it!"
Choice B - "No"
Choice A result - 1 week increase in game development time, small increase in game score.
Choice B Result - Nothing happens.

Honeslty it smells like casual arcade from smartphones imo. + if I create 3-4 games in the same time, last thing which I want - read a lot of alerts. It will be a routine
